Kiarra Louis is a student at the University of South Florida. Currently, she is majoring in Professional and Technical Communication. After graduating, she wants to work for a health-related organization as a communications officer. For the spring 2020 semester, she is taking a New Media for Technical Communication course to understand the role new media plays in society and in the world of technical communication. By taking this class, she hopes to become a better technical writer that writes audience-specific content that is dynamic, interactive, and engaging!
